Our groups Pre-production meeting was really useful due to the fact that it helped us establish a time frame and who who had to do what and when before we even started production. Not only this but we were able to sit and discuss who's idea was the one we were going to use and who was going to be in the video. I not only filed out this form for our production meeting I was also in charge of writing the meeting minutes up, which is basically what we discussed. Moving over, I also was in charge of the location reece, which helped me establish all the location we were using in our piece, what we would be doing there and the negatives hat could come with these locations. Moving over Brandon was in control of organising prop/resource form. From his form I can tell what props I am responsible for and what it will be used for. His form was clearly laid out and I could understand it easily. He was also responsible for the shot type which he could only complete with Caitlin's storyboard. However, if Caitlin's drawings weren't helpful enough, you can clearly see from Brandon's shot list what we are panning on using and when it will be used. Another key thing that the shot list helps you with is how long this shot will take place. Furthermore, Natalie's risk assessment is one of the most important thing's for my group due to the fact that we could be injured whilst filming. It was really helpful as we were able to take into consideration where we need to be more careful and take things slow. Finally, Caitlin's storyboard really allowed us to put this vision into perspective and understand how it would kind of look when it is all together.
